About Butyl Rubber:

The Super Waterproof Tape is often referred to as a strong adhesive tape. These tapes are made with extruded butyl rubber, which has a permanent adhesive capability and pressure sensitivity. They provide an immediate protective seal against water, air, or dust while remaining permanently flexible. They are ideal for sealing gaps and joints, for example with screwed ventilation flanges and round ducts in HVAC systems, air conditioning housings, roofing and coating systems, roofs, as well as caravan panels, windshields and tail lights of vehicles, as well as glass and metal.

NOTE.

• Due to the strong adhesive force, it is advisable to wear gloves to avoid sticking your hands together.
• In winter, it is advisable to use a hair dryer to warm the tape before application.
• Do not remove the tape within the first 24 hours after application.
