Application

1. Fill: Put the meal in the box, correctly place the silicone ring, and tightly close the lid.
2. Transport: Place the box in a bag or backpack – the seal keeps the contents secure even during movement.
3. Heat & eat: Remove the lid, place the box in the microwave for about 3 minutes, take out the included cutlery from the lid, and get started right away.
