INSTRUCTIONS

1. Detach the adjustable metal hole cutter and attach it to the corded or cordless drill.
2. Center the cutter on the circle and tighten the screws to securely attach the metal hole cutter to the steel plate.
3. Activate the drill, open the cutting mandrel, and turn the adjustable metal hole cutter to make a precise round steel plate.
