BowLift | Solution welding wire with flux core

1. Thoroughly clean the welding area using a stainless steel brush until the surface shines.

2. Then heat the area uniformly.

3. While heating, vigorously rub the rod against the heated region until it begins to flow.

Caution: Never direct heat onto the rod, as it may shatter, and if you successfully melt the rod directly, the weld will be fragile. Keep in mind that directly melting the rod is not the correct technique and results in weak welds.

• The easy-to-melt welding rods are high-quality specialty rods specifically created for welding/soldering aluminum and aluminum alloys. They are also effective for joining hard, non-ferrous metals as well as stainless steel.

• Recommended for welding aluminum alloys: 1060, 1350, 3003, 3004, 3005, 5005, 5050, 6053, 6061, 6951, 7005, and casting alloys 710.0 and 711.0

• Applications include loading docks, ramps, non-slip plates, irrigation pipes, engine blocks, transmissions, etc.

• Perfect for minor repairs. If repairs might threaten safety if not completed properly, we suggest fully replacing the parts instead of repairing them.
