APPLICATION

• INITIAL DRILLING: Commence drilling until the tap fully penetrates the material. This step readies the surface for threading.
  

• THREADING OPERATION: When the tap has penetrated, the threading operation begins automatically. Continue to apply steady pressure and maintain a constant speed to form threads in the material.
  

• DEPTH ADJUSTMENT: Once the desired depth for your threaded hole is achieved, reverse the drill's rotation. This process aids in deburring the hole and removing chips (metal shavings), ensuring a clean and precise finish.
