FEATURES

• Clear, flexible, and pure polypropylene sealant:
  Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use on concrete surfaces, including precast components, cement bases, and masonry.
  Perfect for sealing areas around drainage pipes, tunnels, and washrooms, in addition to sealing and protecting metal and stone lines from rusting.
  Important: To obtain the best waterproof results, refrain from exposing the product to water during the initial 24 hours after it has been applied.
  User-friendly: No mixing necessary, ready to use right after opening, and easy application with a brush.

  Utilizes a higher concentration that results in a semi-transparent, gelatinous texture for enhanced stability and adherence.

• Highly resistant to temperature extremes:
  Does not warp or liquefy under high heat.
  Stands up to cold conditions without cracking.
  Functional in temperatures ranging from -60°C to 120°C.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

• Please ensure that the area of application is clean, dry, and devoid of moisture prior to use.
• For substantial gaps or cracks, it is advisable to first apply a layer of a high-grade sealant before using the waterproof sealant for optimal results.
• Avoid applying very thick layers, but if a thicker coat is necessary, allow the initial layer to dry completely before applying an additional layer.
• Do not apply on rainy days to avoid adversely affecting the sealing performance.
