Bowlift High-Density Felt Non-Slip Rug Underlay with Dotted PVC Backing
Upgrade the safety and comfort of your home with the Bowlift high-density felt rug underlay designed to keep area rugs firmly in place while protecting floors. This premium underlay combines a cushioned felt layer with a textured dotted PVC backing to deliver superior grip on hard surfaces, reduce rug movement, and extend the life of both rugs and flooring. Ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, halls, and entryways, this non-slip pad offers a thin, low-profile solution that performs without adding bulk.
Key Features
- Dual-layer construction: resilient felt top for cushioning and insulation paired with a dotted PVC anti-slip backing for strong grip on hardwood, tile, and laminate floors
- High-density felt offers shock absorption to reduce wear on rug fibers and provide a softer underfoot feel
- Textured dotted backing prevents lateral movement and bunching, minimizing trip hazards and keeping rugs flat
- Low-profile design sits discreetly under rugs while improving acoustic insulation and thermal comfort
- Easy to trim with scissors for a custom fit to any rug shape or size
- Breathable materials reduce moisture buildup and help protect floor finishes from abrasion
- Durable, long-lasting construction made for frequent foot traffic and everyday use
Benefits
- Prevent slips and trips by keeping rugs securely in place
- Protect hardwood and laminate floors from scratches and scuffs
- Enhance rug comfort and sound dampening without noticeable thickness
- Extend rug lifespan by reducing friction between rug and floor
- Simple installation: place under rug, trim to size, and enjoy immediate stability
Use & Care
Place the underlay beneath your rug with the dotted PVC side facing the floor. Trim edges as needed for a perfect fit. For routine cleaning, lift the rug and vacuum or shake out the underlay separately. Avoid machine washing or high heat; spot clean with mild detergent and air dry. Replace if backing shows significant wear to maintain optimal slip resistance.
Perfect For
- Area rugs in high-traffic living spaces
- Protecting hardwood, tile, laminate, and vinyl floors
- Households with children or elderly residents where slip prevention matters
- Anyone wanting a low-profile, reliable underlay that improves rug stability and comfort
