Usage

1. Preparation: Screw the desired filling nozzle onto the sausage stuffer and fill the cylinder with the seasoned sausage mixture.
2. Filling: Slip the casing over the nozzle and evenly push the meat in with the hand crank until the casing reaches the desired length.
3. Cleaning: Disassemble all parts and thoroughly wash them under running water – the stainless steel can also handle hot water without problems.

Pro tip: Soak the casing briefly in lukewarm water before filling – it will then be much easier to slip over the filling nozzle and is less likely to tear during filling.
