User Manual:

To power on, connect the supplied USB cable to the round socket on the circuit board, then link the opposite end to a power bank, USB charger adapter, or any USB-compatible device. To set the frequency, input it manually and tap "OK" to confirm your selection. For the adjustable green version, simply input the desired frequency and press "OK" to finalize the adjustment.

Instructions for Changing Frequency:

Input your chosen frequency and press the button located at the lower left to confirm your settings. For instance, input [7][.] [8][3] and then press [OK] to set it to 7.83Hz. When powered on, the default output is 7.83Hz, with adjustable ranges from 0.001~200KHz for customized settings.
